Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 3-5 working days.

As every item is handmade by one maker, processing times may occasionally vary, particularly during busy periods or if unexpected circumstances arise. If there is a significant delay, we'll always keep you informed.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer, additional postage costs may apply before it can be resent.

If your parcel appears lost, please contact us and we'll work with the courier to investigate.

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, postal disruptions, supplier shortages, strikes, natural disasters or illness.

Cancellation Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.

Personalised or custom-made items cannot be cancelled once production has begun unless they are faulty.

Jesmonite products may contain small air bubbles or natural surface variations.
These characteristics are not faults and add to the individuality of each piece.

We make every effort to accurately photograph our products, but colours may vary slightly between screens and devices.

Safety Information

Our decorative homeware is designed for its intended purpose only.

Products are not toys.
Keep out of reach of young children and pets.
Avoid exposing Jesmonite products to prolonged moisture or extreme temperatures.
Decorative trays and bowls are intended for dry items and are not food safe.

Our earrings should be handled with care and removed before swimming, showering or sleeping to prolong their lifespan.

A care card will be sent with each order to inform you on how to correctly care for your handmade item.
