How long will my order take?

Each item is handmade to order with care. Our current processing time is 3-5 work days before dispatch.

Once your order has been posted, delivery times will depend on the shipping service selected at checkout. If there are ever any unexpected delays, we'll always keep you updated.

Are all of your products handmade?

Yes! Every item is carefully handmade in our UK studio. From pouring and finishing our Jesmonite home décor to shaping, baking and assembling our polymer clay jewellery, each piece is crafted by hand with attention to detail.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Because every product is handmade, no two pieces are ever exactly the same. Slight variations in colour, pattern, texture and finish are part of what makes handmade items so unique.

Jesmonite products may also feature small air bubbles or subtle surface variations, which are a natural characteristic of the material and not considered faults.

We do our very best to photograph our products accurately, but colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device settings.

 

How should I care for my purchase?

Each order includes a care card with instructions specific to your product.

To help keep your items looking their best:

Jesmonite Home Décor

• Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth.
• Avoid prolonged contact with water.
• Do not place in the dishwasher.
• Handle with care to avoid chips or damage.

Polymer Clay Jewellery

• Avoid contact with water, perfumes and lotions where possible.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
• Clean gently with a soft cloth.
• Remove before swimming, showering or sleeping to help prolong its lifespan.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

We take great care when packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged or you've received the wrong product, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damage.

We'll investigate the issue promptly and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, repair or refund in line with your rights under UK consumer law.

What are your products made from?

Our home décor pieces are handcrafted using Jesmonite, an eco-friendly, water-based composite known for its durability and beautiful stone-like finish.

Our jewellery is handmade from premium polymer clay, making each pair lightweight, comfortable to wear and full of character. We use high-quality findings, including stainless steel or hypoallergenic options as stated in the product description.

Are your earrings suitable for sensitive ears?

Most of our earrings are made with stainless steel or hypoallergenic findings, making them suitable for many people with sensitive ears.

However, as sensitivities can vary from person to person, we cannot guarantee that our earrings will be suitable for everyone. The materials used will always be listed in each product description so you can shop with confidence.

If you would like to request a specific metal, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to accommodate.

Can I amend my order after placing it?

If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We'll always do our best to accommodate changes before your order has been made or dispatched. Unfortunately, once production has begun or your order has been shipped, we may not be able to make any amendments.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our products are made in small batches, so popular designs may sell out from time to time.

Where possible, we'll restock favourite items. However, some limited edition, seasonal or one-of-a-kind pieces may not return once they're sold out.

Do you take custom orders?

We love bringing new ideas to life! We occasionally accept custom orders depending on our current workload and the type of product you're looking for.
